Terms of Use

Hearing Collective engages third party applications to undertake a hearing screening. By clicking "Take hearing screening", you acknowledge that you have understood Hearing Collective Terms of Use written herein. This hearing screening does not replace a full audiological assessment or physical examination by a hearing healthcare professional and it does not constitute medical or other professional advice or diagnosis. If you think that you are experiencing hearing loss, we advise you to consult a professional hearing care specialist who can conduct a more comprehensive examination. Hearing Collective may recommend you visit a general practitioner, ear, nose and throat specialist or hearing clinic to get a full assessment.

Further, you explicitly consent to the information being processed for the purposes of the provision of the Services and to be used anonymously for the purposes of research and testing of the Services software. As such, your data may from time to time be reviewed by our employees or third-party consultants engaged by us.

Hearing Collective and any third party tools engaged by Hearing Collective treat your privacy and data with strict security protocols. We strive to ensure your data is kept secure and safe at all times. By agreeing to undertake this hearing screening via third party applications, you agree to these terms of use by all parties involved.
